OUR PROCESS

The first step is to schedule a Discovery Call to learn how we might be a good fit for your project. Simply fill out the inquiry form to get started!

A paid in-depth meeting lasting up to an hour and a half. You’ll receive a customized design fee proposal after this meeting.

Once you've accepted our proposal and partnered with us, you get to meet our skilled team of reliable trade partners. We arrange a day for them to visit your home or space, review the scope of work, and ensure we're all on the same page before we start designing. This key meeting ensures we leave no detail overlooked.

We meet to present our initial design concepts, plans, and preliminary project pricing for discussion. This is a time to ensure everyone is on the same page before diving into design and finish selections.

This is the extra fun part! We join together to review the design of your “new” home or space. You’re presented with a packaged file including any necessary drawings, plans, and physical material samples of finishes especially chosen for your space.

Now with all the big design decisions made, we place all the orders and manage their delivery and installation. We liaise with the contractor and trades to ensure the design is being implemented as per our plans or drawings. And of course, we communicate frequently to keep you in the loop!

It’s the exciting moment when it all comes together and your new space comes to life. Your space is styled to perfection and we invite you back to enjoy it!

To tie it all together neatly, we stay until the very end to ensure all outstanding items are completed. The team reviews the completed space, reconciles any deficiencies and you are presented with your project binder including all the care & maintenance instructions for the future. Lastly, we bid adieu to your beautifully completed project!
